Operation process:

Separating agent → Premilling → Edge gluing → End cutting → Trimming 1 → Trimming 2 → Scraping → Cleaning agent → Pneumatic polishing

Separating agent By atomizing and spraying before the pre-milling process of the automatic edge banding machine, it can effectively prevent the hot melt glue overflowing during the edge banding process from polluting the board surface, and reduce the workload for subsequent cleaning work. No need for manual adjustment, more accurate.	Edge Gluing Press the edge banding tape to improve the bonding effect.	End cutting Ensure that the cut surface is smooth and faster.
Infrared Baking Lamp The heating effect makes the edge banding bond better.	Servo tape feeding High-precision edge feeding, saving edge materials and improving production efficiency.	Trimming (Two groups) Use the high-frequency and high-speed motor structure during edge banding to repair the excess edge banding material on the top and bottom of the edge banding plate, so that the width of the edge banding strip is consistent with the width of the edge banding plate. One-button switching can be realized, without the need for technicians to adjust the knife.
Lubrication system Lubrication, maintain mechanical precision and mechanical life.	Safety limiting device Anti-misplacement board to avoid damage to the machine; Anti-crushing hands to avoid injury to the operator during production.	Scraping Scrape off the corrugated traces produced during the edge banding process to ensure that the edge banding and surrounding parts of the board are smooth and flat.
Flat scraping Remove the excess glue line of the edge banding, make the upper and lower parts of the board smoother and tidy, and improve the quality of the edge banding.	Cleaning agent By atomizing and spraying before the polishing wheel of the automatic edge banding machine, the residual hot melt adhesive and other sundries on the workpiece can be effectively removed.	Polishing Clean the finished board with a cotton buffing wheel, and polish the edge end more smoothly.

A3. T/T 30% in advance and balance before shipment, LC or by negotiation.

A4. Normal 380V voltage is 15-30 days, other voltage is 30-45days.

Q5. What is the guarantee?

A5. 12 months for the whole machine. Within 12 months under normal use and maintenance, if something is wrong with the machine, you will get spare part for free. Out of 12 months, you will get spare parts at cost price.You will also get technical support and service all the lifetime.
