F586GY-PUR is a fully automatic double-coated six-sided seamless high-speed edge banding machine, with a maximum speed of 32m/min (six-sided seamless   edge banding is 14m/min, and PUR edge banding is up to 32m/min). 3D Laser Edge Banding The self-developed adjustable rectangular light spot is integrated into the edge banding machine, which can automatically match the energy ratio of the edge banding strip. There is no need to apply glue, and the laser beam is used to instantly melt the back glue of the edge banding strip and stick it to the plate, so that seamless edge banding can be realized.	Servo tape feeding High-precision edge feeding, saving edge materials and improving production efficiency.	Servo horizontal end cutting Ensure that the cutting surface is smooth and smooth, narrow the gap between the boards, the speed is faster, and solve the pain points of scratching the edge banding and beating the board.
Trimming (Two groups) Use the high-frequency and high-speed motor structure during edge banding to repair the excess edge banding material on the top and bottom of the edge banding plate, so that the width of the edge banding strip is consistent with the width of the edge banding plate. One-button switching can be realized, without the need for technicians to adjust the knife.	Four motors corner rounding High-speed four-head profiling corner rounding, upper and lower rounding device can make the end surface of the plate smoother and more beautiful, improve production efficiency and edge banding effect.	Scraping (two groups) Scrape off the corrugated traces produced during the edge banding process to ensure that the edge banding and surrounding parts of the board are smooth and flat.
Flat scraping Remove the excess glue line of the edge banding, make the upper and lower parts of the board smoother and tidy, and improve the quality of the edge banding.	Cleaning agent By atomizing and spraying before the polishing wheel of the automatic edge banding machine, the residual hot melt adhesive and other sundries on the workpiece can be effectively removed.	Polishing (Two groups) Clean the finished board with a cotton buffing wheel, and polish the edge end more smoothly.

A5. 12 months for the whole machine. Within 12 months under normal use and maintenance, if something is wrong with the machine, you will get spare part for free. Out of 12 months, you will get spare parts at cost price.You will also get technical support and service all the lifetime.
